Regularly check whether all the fastening bolts are tight, and press the butterfly spring on the foot to the installation height specified in the drawing.

3.Maintenance of main shaft and coupling
The main shaft should be kept clean, and the shaft shoulder should be scraped off every year. Special attention should be paid to the position where the main shaft passes through the shaft end seal of the side plate of the intake chamber.
Corrosion is likely to occur at these locations due to air condensation from small leaks.
If the fan runs in an unbalanced state for a period of time, the straightness of the main shaft should be checked as much as possible. Couplings should be kept clean and regularly checked for tightness.

4.Maintenance of bearings
Always check the lubrication and oil supply of the bearing. If there is oil leakage in the box, the bolts of the end cover can be tightened a little. If this does not work, a new seal needs to be replaced.
When the lubricating oil of the bearing is used normally, it should be replaced at least once in half a year. When it is used for the first time, the oil should be inspected at least once in half a year.
